Delivery and Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed and engraved within 2–3 working days of receipt. Once complete, they are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 Hour Delivery, although delivery can take up to 5 days. Altogether, we ask that you allow 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Do you offer urgent or express delivery?

If you need your order urgently, please contact us directly. We may be able to prioritise your order and arrange express delivery at an additional cost.
Can I return a personalised item?

We are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless the item is faulty.
What should I do if my item is faulty?

Please email admin@lasercarve.co.uk with a photo of the item and a brief description of the fault, and we will be happy to help.
Can I cancel my order?

Please call us immediately on 01626 836680 if you need to cancel an order. Cancellations need to be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
Where do you deliver?
